    How I Spent my 47th...Part 1

Yesterday was my 47th birthday. Guess how I spent the morning!?!?

Guess who spent it with me!?!?

#73 out of 129, 5K,  cut 26 seconds from my last run.

    Whoooo Hoooo!

Everyone should spend their birthday doing only what they want to do...not what they have to do!

In a few days, I will let you know how I spent my birthday afternoon on Hurricane Lane,

    have a wonderful week,

    love and hugs

    Sheila

    Hi again Shelia,
I didn't quite understand your latest comment. Was it to do with the special air kiss? It wasn't a puzzle, just a collection of symbols with a kiss or two inside. I did experiment - some looked open to misinterpretation - but no puzzle - but if it is actually a puzzle, I am sure that you are right!

    Hi Shelia,
Thanks for your lovely visit and comments.
I should have realized that with all your activity that "low fat" anything was not needed (still the dressing is "on the side" isn't it?!) I look forward, with some trepidation, to your five words for me.
Taurean we are - Astrological twins almost (given it was the same year). My wife and I did have a wonderful birthday dinner - even though I had to cook most of it!
Hugs and ~'v!xXx!v'~ (that is a special, but entirely appropriate, air kiss for your birthday!)

Congratulations on your faster time - getting older and getting better! And you are really old - I didn't turn 47 until today!
And, despite it being my birthday, I didn't get to do anything I wanted to.
